Our journey begins where every great product starts: the raw materials receiving bay. Under the strict guidelines of ISO9001, we don’t take anyone’s word for quality. Every batch of premium zinc alloy, hardened steel, and microelectronic components must pass through our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) station. Here, technicians use high-precision spectrometers and digital calipers to ensure that every metal bracket and circuit board meets our exact structural benchmarks before they even touch the assembly line.
