Metro Heights is a vibrant, 85-unit modern apartment complex catering primarily to young professionals and university students in downtown Melbourne. With a high tenant turnover rate and a busy lifestyle platform, the management team sought to replace their traditional physical master-key system with a robust, cloud-connected smart access solution to modernize the property and cut operational overhead.
We deployed 85 units of the D2 Smart Lock, fully integrated with central Wi-Fi Gateways across all floors.
100% Keyless Convenience: Tenants can now unlock their doors using the encrypted smartphone App, secure PIN codes, or compact RFID key fobs.
Instant Digital Over-the-Air Turnover: When a lease ends, Oliver can instantly revoke access remotely via the cloud dashboard and issue a new, time-bound digital key to the incoming tenant. No on-site handovers needed.
